Architecture
Clean and well-defined, the architecture addresses the often conflicting goals of being low-cost and easy to run, while also being flexible, robust and scalable. To achieve this flexibility, silverminute SQN is built in two parts: an underlying software framework, RADIX, and an application, SQN, built on top of the framework. RADIX is a highly productive framework, allowing high-quality enhancements to be built quickly and easily.

Integration
silverminute SQN has been designed and built for integration. It includes an advanced model for integrating structured data from external sources including meta-data driven presentation. It provides a sophisticated component for synchronisation with MS Outlook. It is integrated with MS SharePoint for document management and has the ability to integrate “external” documents like fact sheets, client reports, invoices and advice notes.
Co-existence and co-operation
The strong integration capabilities of silverminute SQN allow it to co-exist and co-operate with existing applications, even other CRM applications. This supports incremental implementations; particularly important in environments with legacy CRM and client service applications.
Data Master
silverminute SQN can be implemented as the golden source/data master for client and account related data. It includes a component/framework for distributing data changes to other applications.
Workflow
Silverminute SQN provides out-of-the-box workflow and activity management, but it can also be integrated with external workflow systems.
Reporting
silverminute SQN includes a reporting component providing context sensitive reports. In addition, it features a report browser that allows users to view all available reports. You can develop your own reports and integrate them quickly and easily into SQN.
Security and audit
Silverminute SQN includes a powerful security component that allows access to data to be controlled.
